How to Promote Cell Health and Function so That You Thrive

Risk Factor to Cell Health - Oxidative Stress

The first risk factor to your health is oxidative stress. Simply put oxidative stress is the direct result of aging as well as exposure to toxins in our environment: air, water, food sources, and even the cleaning & personal care products we use every day. 

Oxidative stress refers to elevated intracellular levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) that cause damage to lipids, proteins, and DNA. Free radicals are any atom with an unpaired electron. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) are all the free radicals that are commonly found in biology that involve oxygen. So, ROS are free radicals, specifically involving oxygen.

The reality is that traditional antioxidants fail to keep up with the rapid accumulation of oxidative stress, which is the leading cause of illness, disease, and imbalance. From digestive disorders, arthritis concerns, metabolic disease, respiratory conditions, or neurological comprise; each of these health imbalances can and have been directly linked with peer-reviewed, medically published science to the decline of cell health and function due to high levels of oxidative stress. 

High Risk Factor to Cell Health - Mitochondrial Decline

Your stamina and ability to overcome fatigue often come down to your mitochondria, which are membrane-bound cell organelles that generate a majority of all the chemical energy needed to power the cell's biochemical reactions. 

Essentially the mitochondria are your powerhouse. It's proven that there is a decline in the vitality and longevity of the mitochondria as we age. The good news is that you can intervene and support your body in extending the survival of the mitochondria within the body. Furthermore, you can add effective measures to your care routine that boost the body's production of more youthful, vibrant mitochondria!

Not only will this result in you experiencing more natural and balanced energy, but it will also unleash the power your body needs to recover, repair, and rejuvenate where your body needs it.

High Risk Factor to Cell Health - Morbid Waste and Cell "Pollution"

We began this post by unpacking the most dangerous factor of cell dysfunction which was oxidative stress. Oxidative Stress is one type of many morbid wastes or cell pollution naturally created by your body as it functions in everyday life and existence. As you age, the processes that clean and cleanse the cells of these waste products declines... Leading to increased risk of illness, disease, and even injury. 

Because of the build-up of toxins, the rate of oxidative stress and mitochondrial decline rapidly and drastically increases, and this will result in more health imbalance and increase your risk of health complications. Ranging from major health concerns to more minor health concerns.

Supporting your cells in waste management through processes like cell autophagy can dramatically increase the results you generate in your personal care routine. Allowing you to achieve shifts and transformations that would not be possible any other way.

Moving Foward to Health Transformation
